Randy, Chanc, Aidan & Liam came home for a few days so we took them to my cousins pumkin patch in Oakley. My niece Aaliyah and nephew Ashton went with us also. They give you a hay ride also pumkin bowling and a putting course.

Ok it has been awhile! I know I say I am going to do this but I am bad. Chace received his mission call to Atlanta Georgia North Mission. So we have been busy getting him ready. He went into the MTC on June 2, 2010. He arrived in Atlanta Georgia June 22, 2010. They had plane problems and had to land in Dallas. They were about 3 hours later than they were supposed to be. He is loving it. He called the morning of the 22 from the SLC airport at 5:00 am. It was so good to hear his voice after 3 weeks. he will make a great missionary. As for us it has been crazy. We are still trying to get the house remodeled. Kendel's mom Nola will be moving in with us. Kendel has been busy with little jobs , but that is paying the bills so we are not complaining. Chad is working with Kendel this summer and also doing open field soccer. As for me I am doing OK.

Well I am back home. I had a great time being with Randy & Chanc and their 2 boys. Chanc is a really good mom, I am so proud of who she is the the lady she has turned out to. we started the week off with family home evening. It was Chanc's turn she gave it on love since Valentines day was coming up. We then made rice crispy treats and made hearts. Aidan of course wanted to use the pumkin one dad was using the heart shaped one. It was a fun week and i am missing them already. I took Chanc and WE both got pedicures. Wow those that know me very well know that you just don't even look at my feet. WOO HOO for me I got through it. I have pretty toes now. Neither one of us thought to take pictures of that episode so you will just have to imagine my laughter.

I know I have not updated in along time. I like to see everybody elses. And I really need new pictures to update. It has been quite the year for our family. We just keep saying our prayers that everything will be ok. We are very blessed. I am so glad we have the church in our lives, I really don't know where we would be without it. So much has happened. It is nice to know my Savior is always with me. I know sometimes i have taken him for granted. With what has happened this year I have really had my testimony strenthened. And I am glad I am here to tell about it. I have got a greater apprecition for life and the family & friends in my life. I love you all so very much. Kendel is my rock. I don't tell him enough how much he means to me and how he gives me the strength I need. I love you Kendel. My children bring the most joy in the world to me. i love having them around. Holidays seem to go by way to fast and I don't seem to get enough of them. Aidan brightens my days when Randy & Chanc come home. We can't hardly wait to have another grandson coming in Febuary. Manny & Chelsea are always wanting us to go to Boise and spend time with them and we love it. Chace is become such a great strength to me. He really has growen up and is pretty responsible. We are very proud of him. He has been working with Kendel and caught on to what has to be done. He also knows what his dad expectes. Chad keeps us laughing all the time. Also keeps us on the go or thinking for a come back for what ever he says. I love you kids and our grandson! I will try to be better at keeping this updated. Maybe i should stay focused and do this instead of seeing whats going on in the facebook world. HAHA!

what a crazy life we live. So last Saturday we made a mad dash to Portland to be with Nels & Betsy Chelsie & William. It is still a tough situation and Nels is having all kinds of surgery this week. Came home late Sunday. On Tuesday Kendel's mom called to say another cousin is in the hospital here in Burley with congestive heart failure. ENOUGH ALLREADY!

Well this has been a busy nonsense couple of weeks. And no I still have not taken time to know how to do this properly. Oh well! Maybe I'll be lucky and someone will help me out! Hint(Chanc & Lacy). My dad is doing really well and is doing out patient therapy now. He's pretty excited. But getting antsy to get back on his horse. I hope he will wait for Russell to come home in July. But I'm sure we will all be there for his first time back on.
Then last thursday we had some really sad news a 2nd cousin of mine, that we have been really close to lost there baby at 5 months along. we went to Pocatello today for the burial not fun. Last year on January 29th my bother Russell and his wife Connie lost their baby at full term so it just feels like it just goes around. In the last year and a half my family has lost 4 babies that seeems alot. then when we got back today Kendel got a phone call that a cousin of his had stop to help someone in Oregon and was his hit by another passing car, and is in Spokane in critical condition. It just goes to show we never know what can happen in the blink of an eye. Love the ones you have and always be that better person. I am so thankful for the church and its teaching. I know there have been alot of times I have not been the person I should be, but I feel I have grown because of those mistakes. When my grandma died last April she said, Remember I don't want any empty chairs in heaven. I have to tell myself everyday that statement. I also love the saying Remerber he never said it would be easy, only that it would be easy. Also I want to say sorry to anyone I have ever offended I truly am sorry. Boy this is a sad post kinda of a feel sorry for me.Ugh Love to all

Okay! Sorry but i am just now able to sit down to post. I got dad & mom home on Saturday night. By the time I got them settled down and me settled down, ( I needed a breather ). anyway dad is doing good and glad to be out of the hospital. Home health will be into help with him for the next couple of weeks. It will give mom a break (ihope she takes it). HAHA ! The thearipist will also be in. dad is not wanting to go out. Please call him & mom or stop by. Love to all !

Well today has gone real well for dad. He has been able to get up and walk alot today. Dr. Lind told him he will send him home on Saturday. So we will head tommorrow and take it slow. Stop and let him get out to stretch. I think he will do okay. Leslee & Jaxon came last night, Mom & I went with them to eat at Dairy Keen a cute little hambuger joint. It had a train track that went around close to the ceiling that also had a little truck that went on the track to. Then this afternoon my moms cousin Kaye and her husband Steve came over to visit they live here in Heber. They took us mom & I on a ride. We went to Midway. Everbody should take aride up thur there. The homes have a swiss look to them. They have been restored. The brand new ones have the same look, except they are multi-million dollar homes. Some have muruels painted on the out side to do with the swiss. Kaye showed us Pres. Monsons, Elder Holland & Elder Nelson summer homes there. Took us to a place called Homestead where they have a golf course, ice staking ring outside, and they do horse sliegh rides. Around the golf course they cross country ski.A place to ride snowmobiles. Also there they have a hot pot where they certifie for scuba diving. There are other hot pots ar0und in Midwaay we could see the steam coming off as we drove around. They have cute food places to eat at. Lots of Condominans to rent one set had an indoor pool. They have 3 or 4 Bed & Breakfast that are big. One Kaye called the castle and it looked like one. They said that when the Winter Olpmics were in Park City the people that came discoverd Midway so there has been alot of development inthe last 12 years. We also seen 3 herds of deer, one herd was completley surounding a home. Must be someones summer home from the looks of it. Then we saw a herd of elk. Also wild Turkeys. Then we drove back to Heber and seen the new golf course that Arnold Palmer designed and is develpoing the area. Then we drove up on the eastside of Heber Where there are homes that are huge. Kaye is a realtor so she was telling that these homes have abedroom for these famlies that have married kids with kids, that have bathrooms and Kitchenetts in them. WOW! To big for me and I wouldn't want to clean it or pay for someone to clean. But of course these people have the money to do so. If Ihad that kinda of money I would rather travel. Then they took us to eat at a mexican restraunt called Dan Pedro's yummy yummy! Well this is a long post again no pictures and I have nmanaged somehow to change the font. OH well! Love you all.

hello to you all ! Dad had a very good night. They had him up and walked him this morning. He has been sleeping since. which is very good. So we will see how the day goes. when we bring him home he will have to keep the ice machine with him plus the leg exercise machine that keeps his leg moving. So we have 2 big things to bring home with us. The afternoon dad was up and walked with crutches. He is excited he is doing so well. They have turned up the leg motion to 80 degrees. By Saturday they want it at 90 degrees. The nurses, theraapist have been very nice. Last night we watched the Jazz play tonight we are watching another game. Leslee & Jaxon are coming here and mom & I will go eat with them. Oh to those that know aunt Betty her knee is not getting better. Because she won't stay off of it. The crack is bigger so it sounds like she is going to have to stay down so it can heal. Betty stay down!JEEZ

Trying to do better

Okay! I know it has been awhile so i will get caught up. Christmas came and went but was so fun. Randy , Chanc & Aiden , Manuel & Chelsea was all home it was great. It was so fun to have Aiden our first grandchild for Christmas and yes We (meaning me had a blast shopping for him. we did the twelve days of Christmas for him with a gift to open every day. Thank goodness for the Dollar stores. Although I did'nt have them ready when we went to Randy & Chanc's for Thanksgivng so he opened two a day when they got here on Dec, 21. Chace & Chad are back in school. Kendel has been busy trying to get caught up then finish his office, and FINALLY we are going to remodel our home. Nola (kendels mom) is going to come live with us. Mean while we will move in with her. I am busy I help my friend as a fill in for Abigails in Home Care,fill in for Olsen Chiropractic, then I do hair at Hiland Estates 2 days a week (I absolutely love this). I help Kendel with the books for the Business( RBC Construction we bought from my parents 3 years ago). I need to get more Confidant about doing more for Kendel. I Love you Kendel you have been very good for me, and a very good DAD. Please be patient with me on the books.

Now I am in Heber City, Ut with my dad & mom. Dad had a new knee put in the left one and scope on the right knee had a torn meniscus . He did have trouble in the recovery room withhis breathing it slowed down then he would gasp for air so they have put him on a by-pap like oxygen. It is 9:30pm and he is doing better. They was going to get him up and walk him tonight , but with the problem and upset stomache they did'nt. mom & I are gooing to go to the Hotel now and get some rest we have been at the hospital since 8:ooam.Hopeful I will get better at posting and with pictures. I am no pro like Chanc and Lacy you both do an awsome job! I don,t remrmber how to change background.

Ok so it has been awhile . Aidan came into our lives , and then summer was here and now over. As you can tell Kendel is excited about being a grandpa. Chace And Chad worked with their dad all summer . Now back in school and are both really busy. Chace is not only do the basic school classes but, also is taking an EMT coarse, plus doing a play with Mr.Call (an awsome teacher) so he has had early morning practice and at night. Chad also doing basic school stuff , plus playing soccor, then onto basketball. Kendel is very busy and alot of times can't remember if he is coming or going. as for me well I was supposed tobe doing the books for Kendel. Instead I work for Abigails in home heath, dohair at highland estates 1 1/2 days., and am on call for Dr. Olson a chiropractor. So we all stay busy. Any way we will have to get pictures posted.

I might get the hang of this. Chanc is really wanting me to learn, so she can see pictures of home. She has really been alot of help. And she is teaching proper wording. Because I use words like is ,it's, and put extras in. Chanc and Aidan are doing fine. Aidan only woke up once during the night, Mom is really excited. She is settling in to being a mom and is a great one in my eyes. Randy is wanting to spend more time at home, but He knows he needs to finish school. It will all work out.
